At ADLM 2026, RDA SPOT will introduce two new innovations designed to further advance decentralized sampling.
The first, PrecisionDBS™, developed in partnership with HemaXis, is a next-generation volumetric dried blood spot collection kit designed to support consistent, repeatable blood sampling. By combining RDA SPOT’s expertise in DBS collection with the HemaXis WB10 volumetric microsampling device, PrecisionDBS™ delivers engineered, standardized sampling with controlled blood volume collection, helping improve sample consistency, reduce sample failures and recollections, and support longitudinal testing programs. Designed for both laboratory and at-home use, the solution is particularly well suited for wellness, lifestyle, monitoring, and decentralized testing applications.
The second innovation, our Dried Blood Plasma Collection Kit, enables the collection of dried plasma samples from a simple finger-prick blood sample while preserving the logistical advantages of dried sample transport and storage. The solution is designed to support advanced biomarker testing, remote patient monitoring, decentralized clinical studies, and emerging diagnostic applications that require plasma-based analysis outside traditional healthcare settings.
