KMI Diagnostics (KMI) was established in Minneapolis, MN in 2005 to address an unmet need for laboratory services by medical research groups. Later, the functions of the laboratory expanded to include diagnostic testing services.  

KMI is a CLIA-certified endocrinology and contract research testing laboratory that provides diagnostic testing and research support services for third parties. Our clients include healthcare providers, contract research organizations, university researchers, and other biomedical organizations. We generate data to support FDA submissions for assays and instruments. We can assist research groups that lack equipment needed to analyze their samples. Whether a study is large or small, we are ready to help.
